6. Course Content and Updates

Digital marketing, Artificial Intelligence, software, and online business tools evolve rapidly. Accordingly, Digital Shakti Academy may periodically:

• Add lessons or remove outdated lessons
• Update modules and replace software demonstrations
• Change tools recommended and reorganise learning material
• Update templates, introduce new resources, or modify curriculum sequence

Such modifications are made to maintain the relevance and quality of our programmes. Digital Shakti Academy will endeavour not to materially reduce the core value of a paid programme without reasonable justification.

7. Pricing

Prices for our products and services may be displayed through our website, landing pages, checkout pages, proposals, quotations, invoices, or authorised communications. Prices may change for future purchases without prior notice. The price applicable to your transaction will normally be the price communicated at the time your purchase is confirmed.

8. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Digital Shakti Academy may periodically offer launch prices, promotional discounts, early-bird rates, coupon codes, and special bonuses subject to specific conditions and expiry dates.

A user who purchased a programme before or after a promotional period is not automatically entitled to retrospective discounts, price adjustments, additional bonuses, or a refund of the difference.

9. Payment

Payments must be made through authorised methods such as UPI, authorised payment gateways, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. Your enrolment or service is considered confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of payment. For instalment-based programmes, ongoing access requires timely payment of all agreed instalments.

10. Taxes and Invoices

Applicable taxes, including GST where legally applicable, may be charged in addition to or included within the stated price depending upon the transaction. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information where an invoice is required. Invoices or payment receipts are issued electronically.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Shakti Academy follows a general non-refundable product and service policy, subject to applicable law.

The complete conditions relating to refunds, cancellations, digital courses, memberships, consultancy, development services, workshops, duplicate payments, and exceptions are contained in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy.

12. Professional and Consultancy Services

Where Digital Shakti Academy provides custom development or consultancy (such as Website Development, Android Apps, LMS, Automation, or Digital Strategy), the engagement may additionally be governed by a separate Proposal, Quotation, Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or Work Order.

Where project-specific terms have been expressly agreed in writing, those terms will apply together with these general Terms.

13. Client Responsibilities for Project Services

Where development or consultancy services are provided, the client is responsible for supplying required content, images, logos, business details, login credentials, technical access, approvals, and timely feedback.

Digital Shakti Academy will not be responsible for project delays directly resulting from incomplete or delayed client inputs.

14. Third-Party Costs

Some projects or courses require third-party tools such as domain registration, web hosting, premium plugins, paid themes, AI tools, CRM software, email platforms, APIs, SaaS subscriptions, or gateway fees. Unless expressly included in an agreed proposal, such expenses remain the sole responsibility of the customer/client.

15. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Tools

Digital Shakti Academy trains users in AI tools, software, marketing platforms, and automation technologies. These third-party tools change their features, pricing, availability, and policies independently. Digital Shakti Academy does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that external tools will remain permanently available or operate identically over time.

16. Educational Purpose

Digital Shakti Academy courses, webinars, workshops, and educational resources are designed primarily for learning, skill development, and business education. Educational content should not be treated as personalised legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for seeking licensed professional advice where required.

17. No Guarantee of Income or Results

Digital Shakti Academy teaches strategies, systems, and implementation tools intended to enhance digital capabilities. However, we do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, profit, business growth, employment, sales, or leads.

18. Certificates

Certificates issued for specific programmes represent completion or participation in a Digital Shakti Academy training track. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our certificates should not be represented as statutory degrees, university qualifications, or government licences.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property used or created by Digital Shakti Academy (including course videos, recorded sessions, curriculum, frameworks, templates, worksheets, e-books, training methodologies, brand elements, and graphics) remains the exclusive property of Digital Shakti Academy or its licensors.

Purchasing access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for permitted personal learning; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

20. Permitted Use of Learning Material

Paid educational content is licensed to the registered learner for personal learning and internal business execution. You may view content, complete assignments, download permitted worksheets, and apply lessons. You may not commercially reproduce or distribute our materials without express written authorization.

21. Prohibited Copying and Distribution

Participants in Digital Shakti Academy WhatsApp groups, Discord/community forums, webinars, and live chats must maintain professional, respectful behaviour. Harassment, spam, unauthorised advertising, hate speech, abusive language, or pirated content will result in immediate removal without refund.

24. Suspension or Termination of Access

Digital Shakti Academy may suspend or terminate account access where a user materially breaches these Terms (including account sharing, piracy, fraudulent payments, security abuse, or misconduct). Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

25. Website Availability

While we strive for high uptime, temporary interruptions may occur due to hosting maintenance, updates, cyber threats, or infrastructure issues. Temporary technical interruption does not constitute a failure of service delivery, and reasonable corrective measures will be taken promptly.
